Why did we pick this Neighborhood?
Location matters in the Florida Keys-and I believe this spot offers a lot of the best of everything.
Our marina is tucked away at Mile Marker 90, behind the iconic Old Tavernier Restaurant, in a protected marina setting that feels peaceful, safe and uniquely "Keys"
Being right at Tavernier Creek gives you incredible easy access to both the ocean side and bayside, making it a perfect home base for boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving, kayaking, sand bars or simply exploring the beautiful water.
One of my favorite things about this location is convenience. You're within walking distance to several restaurants, local bars, and a shopping center, making it easy to grab dinner, drinks, groceries, or essentials without spending your time in the car.
We're also perfectly positioned in the upper keys- right at the northern end of Islamorada. Heading south or back north from Key West? We are the perfect place to unwind, recharge and enjoy a peaceful waterfront stay before heading to Key West or continuing your trip home. Think of us as your relaxing "welcome to the keys" or "one last slice of paradise" stop.
During busy season, traffic through the middle and southern parts of Islamorada can back up for miles once the highway narrows to two lanes at Mile Marker 89. Staying here means you can enjoy everything the Keys have to offer while avoiding much of that congestion and getting back to relax faster.
For me, it's the perfect mix of peaceful waterfront living, convenience and easy adventure.
